Logos Look Easy But Can Be Pretty Complicated

This particular project was based in marketing oneself and a created company. This logo is the focus of the created company. During quarantine everything that could be virtual, went virtual. This is not to say that there wasn't already a large investment into the internet as it was but many things had acclimate to the new and more digital world. Small food based business such as mom and pop coffee shops and personal catering services that rely lean on things such word of mouth and placement of business. There are no longer people going anywhere to try anything or see anything new so this begs the question how do these services maintain or even increase their audiences in such a trying time? Enter, Munch N' Views,  a company focused on the marketing and branding of food based business through social media presence. While many of these business already have social media, this companies purpose would be to serve as a professional advisor for how to approach the giant internet world as efficiently as possible in terms of advertising and branding. Business would reach out for consultation on who they should be catering to, how they should be doing, how often so on and so forth. Needless to say the main audience of these services would be smaller business that need the help with creating and maintaining a social media presence as opposed fast food chains such as Wendy's.
The logo itself started as a chefs hat, but there needed to be more. While audiences will undoubtedly recognize a chefs hat, that would only be half the story being told thus making it an inefficient logo for this company. There needed to be another element to the logo that dictates the social media/online focus of this company. This is where the clicking hand comes into play, after being in business with Munch N' Views the goal would be to have a high online exposure thus resulting in more clicks (or any type of internet traffic in general) on the business. The color scheme was simply something to represent the increase in revenue that would hopefully come after having received consultation from Munch N' Views.
